🔹 ROLE OVERVIEW

We are urgently hiring Store Associates / Pickers for Amazon 10-Minute Stores across multiple locations in Bengaluru. Candidates will be responsible for picking customer orders accurately, maintaining inventory, packing orders, and ensuring timely order processing. Immediate joiners are preferred.

🔹 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick items accurately according to customer orders.

• Verify products, quantities, and order details before dispatch.

• Pack and prepare orders within the required turnaround time.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper product arrangement.

• Follow store hygiene, safety, and operational guidelines.

• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

🔹 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts where applicable.

• Must be willing to work at the assigned store location.

• Male candidates only for locations where specified.

• Must be physically capable of performing routine store-picking and order-handling duties.

1. TBJ4 – Dasarahalli: 12 positions (Male candidates only)

2. TBL2 – C V Raman Nagar: 13 positions

3. TBH2 – Hennur Cross: 16 positions (Male candidates only)

4. TBH9 – HBR Layout: 24 positions (Male candidates only)

5. TBK3 – Whitefield: 23 positions

6. TBL1 – Thalaghattapura: 14 positions (Male candidates only; second and night shifts)

7. TBI6 – BTM: 13 positions

8. TBH7 – Mylasandra: 18 positions

9. TBF6 – Geddalahalli: 16 positions

🔹 SHIFT TIMINGS

• First Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Second Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Note: Shift availability varies by location. TBL1 – Thalaghattapura requires candidates for the second and night shifts only.

🔹 SALARY & BENEFITS

• Monthly CTC: ₹21,253

• Attendance Bonus: ₹500 or ₹1,000, depending on the location

• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹2,600, where applicable

• Daily Allowance: Applicable at specified locations, subject to attendance and eligibility conditions

• Take-home salary and additional benefits vary by location.
