Picking & Packing Executive – Responsibilities

Pick products accurately as per order invoice.

Verify product size, color, quantity, and SKU before packing.

Check products for defects, damages, or missing items.

Pack orders neatly and securely to prevent transit damage.

Attach shipping labels and invoices correctly.

Ensure all orders are dispatched within the given timeline.

Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups.

Update order status in the system after packing.

Maintain packing materials and inventory.

Handle returns, exchanges, and RTO products systematically.

Organize warehouse stock for easy picking and faster dispatch.

Perform regular stock counting and inventory checks.

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the packing area.

Report stock shortages or discrepancies to the manager.

Follow company SOPs for order fulfillment and quality control.

Work towards achieving daily dispatch targets with accuracy.
