Phlebotomist

About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Home Visit Phlebotomist to conduct blood sample collection and other diagnostic sample collections from patients at their homes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, hygienic, and professional sample collection while providing a comfortable experience to patients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit patients at their homes as per the assigned schedule.
• Collect blood and other diagnostic samples safely and efficiently.
• Follow proper phlebotomy, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
• Verify patient details and ensure correct sample labeling.
• Handle, store, and transport samples as per required protocols.
• Maintain proper documentation and update sample collection status in the system/app.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of samples to the designated diagnostic center/lab.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of phlebotomy equipment.
• Communicate politely and professionally with patients and their family members.
• Report any sample collection issues, rejected samples, or patient-related concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
• Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines at all times.
