Petrol Pump Manager

Reconcile daily sales, cash collections, UPI/card payments, and fuel deliveries. Maintain accurate ledgers, update expense logs, and handle banking, Monitor underground tank levels (petrol/diesel) and lubricant stock to prevent shortages. Order new fuel tanker deliveries from oil companies, Ensure fuel dispensers, meters, and nozzles are properly calibrated and functioning efficiently. Schedule servicing for pumps, air compressors, and facility lighting, Enforce fire safety protocols, proper disposal of hazardous waste, and environmental compliance. Ensure the forecourt remains clean and hazard-free at all times, Address complaints, resolve transaction discrepancies, and maintain strong customer relationships, Hire, train, and schedule pump attendants and cashiers. Oversee shift planning, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring.
