• Key Responsibilities:Conduct one-on-one and small group personal training sessions.
• Design customized workout plans based on individual client goals, fitness levels, and medical conditions.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, form, and safety.
• Track client progress and adjust training programs as needed.
• Motivate clients and maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the gym management team for client engagement and retention.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of gym equipment.
• Requirements:Certification in Personal Training or Fitness (ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) preferred.
• Previous experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fitness techniques, nutrition, and injury prevention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
