Personal Loan Executive

Sunburst MoneyNexus Venture Consulting LLP is hiring energetic and target-driven candidates for the role of Personal Loan Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling personal loan sales for multiple leading banks and NBFCs across India.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, customer handling, lead conversion, and financial products.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate and handle personal loan leads through calls, references, connectors, and field activities
• Explain personal loan products of different banks/NBFCs to customers
• Understand customer eligibility and suggest suitable loan options
• Coordinate with bank officials and internal processing team
• Follow up with customers for documentation and disbursement
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer database
• Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals
• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals

Required Skills

• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of banking/loan products preferred
• Sales experience in personal loans, credit cards, insurance, or telecom sales is a plus
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp handling
