Packing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Aesthetic Visual Packing: Place items neatly in branded pouches, plastic boxes, or card backings to ensure an attractive, social-media-ready unboxing experience.
• Rapid Visual Inspection: Check for obvious manufacturing defects like missing rhinestones, tangled chains, broken clasps, or uneven plating before packing.
• Bulk Order Sortation: Organize and pack high volumes of daily orders efficiently, especially during festive seasons or peak sales.
• Care Card Inclusion: Insert mandatory instructions regarding jewelry care (e.g., "Keep away from water/perfume") into every order bag.
• Accurate Bubble Wrapping: Apply sufficient cushioning to prevent delicate alloy structures and acrylic stones from snapping or cracking during shipping.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Speed and Efficiency: Ability to pack large quantities of orders rapidly to meet tight daily courier pickup cut-offs.
• Basic Quality Eye: Quick reflexes to spot detached beads, glue stains, or discoloration instantly.
• Gentle Handling: Careful touch to handle fragile, lightweight alloys without bending wires or scratching faux pearls.
