Outlet Manager

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Outlet Head to take responsibility of the day-to-day operations of our Aago Momo outlet.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, managing staff, handling billing, and stepping into the kitchen whenever required. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take responsibility and grow with a young and expanding QSR brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
• Interact with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle billing, POS and UPI/card payments accurately.
• Manage and coordinate the outlet staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
• Ensure staff attendance, discipline, cleanliness and proper work practices.
• Oversee food preparation and maintain quality and consistency.
• Be able to cook and handle kitchen operations as a replacement when the chef/kitchen staff is unavailable.
• Ensure the outlet is properly opened and closed every day.
• Monitor stock and inform management about shortages or requirements.
• Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and customer area.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
• Ensure orders are prepared and served efficiently.
• Coordinate takeaway and online/delivery orders.
• Follow Aago Momo's recipes, processes and operating standards.
• Report any operational issues to the management promptly.

What We Are Looking For

• Responsible and dependable person who can take responsibility of the outlet.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good English, Hindi and Kannada required.
• Previous experience in a restaurant/QSR is preferred.
• Basic cooking and kitchen knowledge is essential.
• Comfortable using a POS/billing system.
• Able to manage a small team.
• Hardworking and willing to be hands-on when required.
