- Daily Operations: Manage opening and closing procedures, front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, shift supervision, and service flow. Review guidelines on unit-level leadership at the The Waiter's Academy Outlet Manager Guide.

- Financial & Cost Control: Monitor daily sales, manage labor and F&B cost percentages, handle budgeting, and review monthly revenue and expenditure forecasts. Check corporate target structures on Accor Careers.
- Inventory & Purchasing: Oversee stock levels, manage supplier orders, conduct regular inventory counts, and minimize food waste.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Customer Service: Maintain high guest satisfaction, handle complaints directly, and enforce service standards.
