Order Process Associate

Job description

As an Order Processing Executive, you will be responsible for managing the process of receiving and fulfilling customer orders. This includes replying to clients over mail, WhatsApp and calls, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, and providing customer service and support throughout the process. The job may also involve managing inventory levels, tracking and reporting on order status, and resolving any issues that arise.

Job responsibilities of an Order Processing Executive include:

Communicate with clients over call, What’s app and mails.

Reply to clients over mail with PPT

Coordinate with other departments such as warehouse, production and shipping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Provide customer service and support throughout the order process

Track and report on order status to customers and management

Resolve any issues or problems that arise with orders

Maintaining accurate record of customer orders and shipping details

Communicating with vendors for product procurement and order processing.

Ensure timely delivery to clients

Follow up for payments

Job Type: Full-time

Work Timings: 10AM to 7:30 PM

Work Days : Mon To Sat

Holidays: Selected National Holidays

PF and ESI: Not Provided

Salary: 18 -25 k Per Month based on experience and candidature
