Order Dispatcher Cum Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an Order Dispatcher-cum-Manager to run day-to-day operations at our cloud kitchen. You'll be the person ensuring every order goes out on time, correctly packed, and rider-ready — while also managing kitchen staff and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor incoming orders across platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, in-house app) and ensure timely dispatch

Coordinate between kitchen staff and delivery riders to meet SLA timelines

Supervise packaging quality and order accuracy before dispatch

Manage daily staff attendance, shift scheduling, and task allocation

Handle rider allocation, delays, and last-mile coordination issues

Track daily order volume, peak-hour bottlenecks, and report to owner/ops head

Maintain hygiene, inventory, and basic stock checks for smooth kitchen running

Resolve customer complaints related to delivery delays or order issues in real time

Train new staff on order flow, packaging standards, and dispatch protocol

Requirements

1–3 years experience in a cloud kitchen, QSR, or restaurant operations role (dispatcher, shift lead, or store manager preferred)

Prior experience with Swiggy/Zomato partner operations is a strong plus

Ability to multitask under pressure during peak hours

Basic computer/smartphone proficiency (order management apps, POS systems)

Strong communication skills — Kannada/Hindi/English

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends
