Optometrist

We are looking for a qualified and patient-focused Optometrist to join our eye care team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing refractive errors, prescribing corrective lenses, assisting in pre- and post-operative evaluation, and delivering excellent patient care.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments
• Diagnose refractive errors and prescribe spectacles/contact lenses
• Conduct refraction and visual acuity testing
• Assist in pre-operative and post-operative ophthalmic evaluations
• Counsel patients regarding eye health and treatment options
• Operate ophthalmic diagnostic equipment
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate with ophthalmologists and clinical staff for patient management
• Ensure high standards of patient care and service
• RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Optometry (B.Optom) / equivalent qualification
• Valid registration/license as applicable
• Experience in refraction and ophthalmic diagnostics preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
