Job Description

Job Description: Operations ExecutiveRole OverviewWe are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Executive (0-2 years experience) to join our gym services team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily facility operations, ensuring our fitness equipment is well-maintained, financial and operational records are meticulous, and administrative tasks run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities●      Equipment & Facility Maintenance:

○      Conduct daily/weekly checks on basic gym equipment (treadmills, weights, cables) to ensure safety and functionality.

○      Coordinate with technicians for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.

●      Documentation & Record-Keeping:

○      Maintain accurate logs of equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and service reports.

○      Manage digital and physical filing systems for memberships, vendor contracts, and compliance documents.

●      Basic Bookkeeping & Finance:

○      Track daily cash flows, membership renewals, and petty cash expenses.

○      Prepare basic expense sheets and assist the finance team with monthly invoicing/billing data.

●      System Operations:

○      Utilize MS Excel and Word to create reports, track attendance, and draft official communications.

○      Manage day-to-day data entry into our internal gym management software.

 

 

 

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications●      Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, facility management, or administrative roles (Experience in a gym, hospitality, or sports club setting is a huge plus).

●      Education: Graduate in any stream (Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields preferred).

●      Technical Skills: * MS Office Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel (data sorting, basic formulas like SUM/AVERAGE, VLOOKUP is a plus) and MS Word.

○      Comfortable learning and operating internal CRM or gym management software.

●      Core Competencies:

○      Basic understanding of asset management and bookkeeping principles.

○      Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

○      Clear verbal and written communication skills.
