Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage gaming sessions, billing and customer interactions.
  • Operate and maintain PS5, PC, VR, simulator and RC racing setups.
  • Explain and provide mobile protection services to customers.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, equipment and stock.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure a great customer experience.
  • Support sales, promotions and daily store operations.

Requirements:

  • Good communication, positive attitude and customer-handling skills.
  • Flexible, responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Experience in mobile screen guard application, mobile servicing or related skills will be an advantage.
