About Equipp

Equipp is a Bangalore based technology rental startup helping individuals and businesses rent

laptops, gaming consoles, tablets and other devices. We are looking for our third team member who

wants to grow with us, take ownership and work directly with the founder.

Role Overview

This role combines customer support and operations. You will ensure customers have a seamless

experience from enquiry through delivery and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, phone calls and email.

• Guide customers through product selection, checkout and KYC.

• Resolve issues related to orders, billing, upgrades and replacements.

• Track orders from booking through delivery and pickup.

• Coordinate with logistics partners.

• Maintain inventory records and internal tracking sheets.

• Improve processes and standard operating procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• Zero to two years of customer support or operations experience.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Comfortable using ChatGPT, Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
