Operation Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesPacking & Dispatch

• Pack sports products carefully as per company standards.
• Prepare customer orders for dispatch and delivery.
• Check product quantity and basic order details before packing.
• Arrange packed products properly for pickup or dispatch.
• Assist the warehouse and operations team in daily activities.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage.

Office & Team Support

• Assist employees across different departments with routine tasks.
• Help move files, documents, stock, cartons, and office materials.
• Assist with printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and basic documentation.
• Arrange office materials and maintain proper storage.
• Support meetings, events, and other company activities when required.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of common office areas.
• Keep packing materials such as boxes, tape, covers, and labels organized.
• Assist in receiving and moving incoming parcels and shipments.
• Help with basic office errands when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
