Hiring: North Indian Cook / Tandoor Chef
Dhol N Dumplings is looking for an experienced all-rounder North Indian cook who can independently handle tandoor operations and prepare authentic North Indian dishes.
Skills Required:
- Expert in North Indian cuisine
- Must know tandoori starters, kebabs, gravies, and curries
- Should be able to make:
- Roti
- Butter Naan
- Garlic Naan
- Kulcha
- Paratha
- Good speed, consistency, and hygiene practices
- Ability to handle kitchen operations during rush hours
Preferred:
- Restaurant or cloud kitchen experience
- Multi-cuisine knowledge is a plus
- Immediate joining preferred
