Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with experience in bulk hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for multiple non-IT positions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring and non-IT positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring targets.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
  • Ensure timely closures and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
