Key Responsibilities:

• Handle volume hiring and white-collar recruitment for various client requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Appna, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations, and job requirements.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to interview coordination and joining.
• Maintain candidate trackers and ensure regular follow-up with candidates.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for interview schedules and selection updates.
• Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and prioritize positions based on urgency.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong experience in volume hiring and white-collar recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Appna and other job portals.
• Good sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with targets and handle multiple requirements.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management.

Preferred: Immediate joiners with staffing/consultancy experience.
