Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and creative Nail Artist & Stylist to provide professional nail care and styling services to clients. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about nail treatments, nail art trends, hygiene standards, and customer service, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manicure, pedicure, nail extension, gel polish, acrylic nail, and nail art services.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and designs.
• Create customized nail art designs based on current trends and client requirements.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety for all tools and workstations.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of nail products, equipment, and inventory.
• Educate clients on nail care, aftercare, and suitable products.
• Stay updated with the latest nail art techniques, products, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in promoting salon services and retail products.
• Required Skills & QualificationsCertification or training in Nail Technology, Nail Art, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Nail Artist, Nail Technician, or Beauty Stylist.
• Proficiency in nail extensions, gel polish, acrylics, and creative nail art.
• Knowledge of nail health, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in luxury salons, beauty studios, or spas.
• Knowledge of current beauty and fashion trends.
• Portfolio of nail art designs and previous work.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Client satisfaction and retention.
