Job Description:

Job Role: Mobile sale excutive \ exchange executive.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year .

location : Jayanagar and Malleshwaram .

Role and responsibilities :

• Greet customers and understand their mobile phone requirements.
• Explain features specification, and benefits of smartphone and accessories.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable mobile phones based on their needs and budget.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Promote mobile accessories, extended warranties, and other values-added products.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage product displays and ensure stock availability in the showroom.
• Perform mobile exchange offers to customers.
• Coordinate with customer regarding exchange documentation and processes.
• Maintain sales records an submit daily sales reports.
