Job Description

Position Overview: The Sales Operations Executive is responsible for supporting and optimizing the sales process by managing data, analysing sales performance, coordinating with teams, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with the sales team, finance, and marketing to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Process Management

  • Assist in developing and maintaining efficient sales processes and workflows.
  • Support the sales team by providing data insights and ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Maintain and analyse sales data to track performance and identify trends.
  • Generate and present sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer and sales data.

3. Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align sales operations with business objectives.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and documentation.
  • Support sales representatives with administrative tasks, including order processing and contract management.

4. CRM & Tools Management

  • Ensure the sales team effectively uses CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the system.
  • Identify areas for CRM optimization and implement improvements.

5. Performance Monitoring & Strategy

  • Track sales targets and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in sales incentive planning and performance evaluation.

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure that sales processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update sales-related documentation and agreements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
