Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage product planning, sourcing, vendor coordination, production follow-up, and order execution. The role involves working closely with buyers, suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from product development to final delivery.

Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, vendors, production, and logistics teams.

Track orders, production schedules, inventory, and delivery timelines.

Manage vendor communication, negotiations, and follow-ups.

Ensure products meet required quality and delivery standards.

Identify and resolve operational or supply chain issues.

Maintain reports and data using MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

Work with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of merchandising, sourcing, and supply chain processes.

Good vendor management and negotiation skills.

Understanding of inventory management and production planning.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.
