Role Description -

1. This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Bengaluru.
2. The Medical Sales Representative will visit hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote and sell the company’s medical and pharmaceutical products. Daily responsibilities include meeting healthcare professionals, presenting product information, answering queries, and providing product samples and promotional materials in accordance with company guidelines.
3. The role involves managing a designated territory, tracking sales activities, maintaining accurate records, and achieving sales targets. The representative will also gather market feedback, support customer service needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and effective after-sales support.
4. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, with experience in promoting healthcare or pharmaceutical products to medical professionals.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and provide clear, professional information.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and compliance requirements.
5. Candidates should ideally have prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, or a related healthcare sales environment.Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field.Candidates should possess strong negotiation, time management, and territory management skills, with the ability to work independently in the field.Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools, and be comfortable with regular travel within the assigned territory
