Referral Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The Referral Marketing Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, insurance partners, and healthcare professionals to generate patient referrals and increase hospital business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare partners.

Promote hospital services, specialties, and healthcare programs to referral sources.

Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions.

Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth patient referrals and admissions.

Track referral volumes and prepare periodic reports.

Organize CMEs, health camps, doctor meets, and marketing activities.

Address queries from referral partners and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Achieve monthly and quarterly referral targets.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

1-5 years of experience in hospital marketing, referral marketing, or healthcare business development.

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Knowledge of hospital services and healthcare industry preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office.
