Mechanic Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit at least 20 mechanics daily and build strong relationships.
• Educate mechanics on Luman filters, brake liners, and lubricants.
• Drive mechanic demand so retailers place more orders.
• Visit at least 5 retailers daily to ensure stock availability and push orders.
• Promote new product placement through mechanic influence.
• Leverage personal relationships and market credibility to generate demand.
• Track demand generation activities and report daily.

Specific Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the auto aftermarket, lubricants, or spare parts sector.
• Strong relationships with local mechanics.
• Deep understanding of the assigned territory.
• Aggressive, street-smart, and result-driven attitude.
• Comfortable with full-day field work.
