Job Description: Customer Success Executive

Salary: Fresher - Rs. 3 to 4 lakhs per annum | Candidates with up to 3 years of experience - Rs. 4 to 5 lakhs per annum

Responsibilities:

 

As a Customer Success Executive at TPRS Glass, you will be responsible for:

 

  1. Farming and Hunting of Projects:

 

●      Identify potential customers and projects in the Architectural, Automobile, and Appliances segments within the Hyderabad region.

●      Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

●      Research and identify new business opportunities to expand our customer base in these segments.

 

  1. Technical Product Specifications:

 

●      Understand and communicate the technical specifications of our glass products to potential customers.

●      Provide technical information to customers as needed.

●      Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and up-to-date product knowledge.

 

  1. Discussing with Customer and Closing Orders:

 

●      Engage with prospective customers to understand their glass requirements for architectural, automobile, and appliance applications.

●      Present our glass products and services effectively to prospects.

●      Negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales orders.

 

 

 

 

  1. Payment Collection:

 

●      Ensure timely collection of payments from customers in adherence to industry standards.

●      Maintain accurate records of transactions and outstanding payments.

 

  1. Coordinating with Factory for Deliveries:

 

●      Coordinate with the factory and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of glass products to customers.

●      Track and monitor the status of orders and shipments to meet customer deadlines.

 

  1. Coordinating with Installation Team for Site Installation:

 

●      Collaborate with the installation team to schedule and oversee site installations of glass products.

●      Ensure installations are completed to the customer's satisfaction, particularly in architectural applications.

 

Qualifications:

 

●      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

●      Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the glass processing industry (up to 3 years for experienced candidates).

●      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

●      Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

●      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

●      Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

 

Additional Information:

 

●      This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad.

●      Travel within the Hyderabad region may be required to visit clients and potential project sites.

●      Sales incentives and travel allowances will be provided in addition to the base salary.
