Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by developing relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, PMC firms, MEP consultants, developers, and project stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for generating opportunities, conducting meetings, building long-term partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth for client brands.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and conduct meetings with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, PMC firms, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Generate new business opportunities through market mapping, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the construction, architecture, and design ecosystem.
  • Present client brands, products, and solutions effectively during meetings and presentations.
  • Identify upcoming projects and business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups with prospects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client engagement activities.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on meetings, leads, opportunities, and business outcomes.
  • Represent client brands at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and professional associations.
  • Achieve monthly meeting, lead generation, and revenue targets.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Minimum 4 physical/virtual meetings per day.
  • Generate 10–20 qualified leads per week.
  • Consistent engagement with architects and consultants across assigned territories.
  • Monthly revenue and business development targets as assigned.
  • Accurate CRM and reporting compliance.
  • Conversion of meetings into qualified opportunities and business closures.
  • Desired Candidate Profile2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Architecture Products, Building Materials, Interiors, Construction, or related industries.
  • Strong network within the architect, interior designer, consultant, PMC, or developer community is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.
  • Ability to travel extensively for client meetings.
  • CompensationFixed Salary + Performance Incentives
