About the Role

Sahassra is looking for enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Assistants to support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic marketing knowledge, and exposure to digital marketing activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, campaigns, events, and database management.

Key Responsibilities

* Cordinating and working with the internal and external digital marketing team

* ⁠Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and activities.

* Support digital marketing initiatives across various online platforms.

* Manage, update, and maintain marketing databases and customer records.

* Coordinate marketing events, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

* Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and campaign performance updates.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs.

* Support lead generation and follow-up activities.

Requirements

* Experience and knowledge of digital marketing

*Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Basic understanding of marketing concepts and practices.

* Knowledge of marketing database management and data processing.

* Strong organizational and coordination skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification

* MBA in marketing preferred
