Marketing Agent

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Healthcare Marketing Intern to help build our medical referral network. You will be the face of Nestra Healthcare, visiting nearby hospitals, meeting doctors, and building strong relationships with medical professionals. This is a 100% field-oriented role requiring excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Doctor Referral Marketing: Regularly visit hospitals, nursing homes, and private clinics to meet doctors and consultants.
• Service Promotion: Educate healthcare professionals on our specialized services, including:
• Assisted Living & Senior Living
• Geriatric Care & Dementia/Parkinson's Care
• Palliative Care & Hospice Support
• Respite Care (Short-term stays)
• Physiotherapy & Advanced Rehabilitation
• Home Lab Tests & Diagnostics
• Network Building: Convince medical professionals and hospital discharge planners to refer patients to Nestra Healthcare.
• Neighbourhood Marketing: Map out and cover HBR Layout and surrounding areas (Kalyan Nagar, Banaswadi, Kammanahalli).
• Daily Reporting: Provide structured daily updates on visits made, doctor feedback, and potential referral pipelines.
