Legal Advisor

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Legal Advisor to provide legal guidance and support for the company’s operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling legal documentation, compliance matters, contracts, dispute management, and ensuring the company operates within the framework of applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, contracts, and notices
• Provide legal advice on company operations, business transactions, and regulatory matters
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, corporate laws, and government regulations
• Handle legal disputes, arbitration matters, and coordinate with external advocates when required
• Prepare and review vendor agreements, employment contracts, NDAs, lease agreements, and partnership contracts
• Advise management on legal risks and possible solutions
• Represent the company in legal discussions and meetings if required
• Maintain proper legal records and documentation
• Assist in company registrations, licenses, renewals, and statutory compliances
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) / Master’s Degree in Law (LLM preferred)
• Valid license to practice law
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Legal Advisor or Corporate Lawyer
• Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, commercial, and contract laws
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
