Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate daily B2B leads through social media platforms, LinkedIn, online research, WhatsApp, Meta platforms, and other lead sources
- Identify distributors, wholesalers, retailers, exporters, supermarkets, and corporate buyers
- Allocate leads to the sales team on a daily basis
- Ensure sales team follows up with assigned leads properly and on time
- Track lead status, follow-up progress, and sales team updates
- Maintain and organize lead database accurately
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead flow management
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
- Prepare basic lead and follow-up reports
- Make sure the leads are qualitied and conversion ratio is more
Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and lead sourcing
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
