Job Description
Job Title: Web Scraping & Lead Generation Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a Web Scraping & Lead Generation Executive to research online sources, identify potential customers/prospects, collect and organize relevant lead information, and provide verified leads to our Telecalling and Field Sales (FOS) teams.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with internet research, data extraction, Excel/Google Sheets, and lead verification. Knowledge of web scraping tools is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Research potential customer/prospect data through permitted online sources.
Collect and extract relevant lead information such as name, business/company, location, contact details, and other required information.
Use web research and data extraction tools to build fresh lead databases.
Verify and clean collected data before submitting it to the sales team.
Remove duplicate, invalid, or incomplete records.
Categorize and prioritize leads based on company requirements.
Maintain accurate databases in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM.
Generate a consistent daily/weekly volume of qualified leads.
Coordinate with Telecalling and FOS teams and provide them with fresh leads.
Track lead quality and improve the sourcing process based on sales-team feedback.
Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable data-protection, platform, and outreach requirements.
