🧑💼 Position: Educational Outreach Executive (Offline Lead Generation)
📍 Location: Karnataka
🗓 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week off : Sunday
💰 Compensation
• CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (Fixed Pay) + Up to ₹3 LPA (Performance-Based Incentives)

🎯 Role Overview
This is a high-growth, field-based opportunity where you will represent NIAT across Karnataka. You will generate student leads and drive paid applications for NAT (NxtWave Admission Test) by conducting outreach activities and demo sessions in schools, junior colleges, and coaching centres.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
• Visit 12th-grade schools, junior colleges, and coaching centres to conduct student awareness sessions and demos.
• Build strong relationships with principals, management, and educational partners.
• Organize on-ground activities such as stalls, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Generate student leads and support application conversions.
• Maintain daily activity reports and outreach data.
✅ Who Should Apply?
• Excellent communication skills in Kannada and basic English.
• Passion for education, student engagement, and field work.
• 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Counselling, or Educational Outreach.
• Comfortable with extensive travel and field visits.
• Must own a two-wheeler, laptop, and valid driving licence.
