Knowledge of laptop hardware and desktop , troubleshooting and fixing the issue , Replacing the spares ( mother board , LCD , and other plastic boby )
Basic networking knowledge
Windows installation and formatting
Ability to use repair tools and diagnostic software
Good communication and customer handling
Qualification
ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Hardware, IT, or related field
Experience

Field service experience is an advantage

Traveling to client locations
