Laptop Repair Technician

Hiring: Laptop & Desktop Hardware Service TechniciansWe are expanding our technical team and hiring 2 skilled technicians for laptop, desktop, and computer hardware servicing.

Role OverviewYou will handle both field visits and in-office workshop repairs, including installation, troubleshooting, hardware replacement, and customer support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose laptop/desktop hardware issues
• Visit customer locations for repair & installation
• Replace parts (RAM, SSD, battery, keyboard, display, SMPS, motherboard)
• OS installation, drivers, antivirus, data backup
• Basic networking & printer setup
• Handle workshop repairs for complex issues
• Update job sheets, photos, and service reports
• Explain problems and solutions clearly to customers
• Follow company SOPs and safety standards

But not limited to only above.

• Skills RequiredLaptop/Desktop hardware troubleshooting
• Windows/macOS installation
• Networking basics
• Good communication skills
• Professional behavior
• Bonus: Chip-level repair / Data recovery experience
• EligibilityAny Degree / ITI / Diploma / Hardware & Networking OR experience
• 0–1 years experience
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge can apply
• Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
• Preferred male candidate only.
