L1 Desktop Support

Incident Management: Log, track, and resolve IT requests using ITSM ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.

Hardware Support: Setup, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Software & OS Troubleshooting: Support and patch Windows and macOS environments; resolve issues with MS Office/O365, Outlook, and Teams.

Access Management: Handle password resets, account unlocks, and basic Active Directory / Azure AD tasks.

Network & Endpoint Security: Assist with basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity. Ensure endpoint security clients (e.g., antivirus, BitLocker) are functioning.
