Job Description

KAAZOS is a modern Indian-Mexican QSR serving bowls, burritos, rolls, quesadillas, loaded fries, nachos, beverages and more. 


  • Prepare food items according to KAAZOS recipes and SOPs.
  • Handle preparation of ingredients including vegetables, chicken, sauces, rice and toppings.
  • Assemble bowls, burritos, rolls, quesadillas and sides consistently.
  • Maintain proper portion control and food quality.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Keep the kitchen, equipment and workstations clean and organised.
  • Assist with opening and closing kitchen operations.
  • Maintain proper storage and labelling of ingredients.
  • Check stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.
  • Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
  • Minimise food wastage and follow FIFO practices.
  • Work efficiently during peak lunch and dinner hours.
