Job Description

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (KAM) – MYNTRA PROCESS

Company: Startek Aegis BPO

Work Mode: Work From Office

Eligibility:

  • Any Graduate with 1+ year experience / MBA Freshers
  • Fluent Hindi & English
  • Versant Level 4 required

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic analytical and MS Office skills
  • Ability to manage accounts and achieve targets

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Myntra seller/customer accounts
  • Handle queries and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams
  • Track account performance and maintain reports

Work Details:

  • Rotational shifts: 7 AM – 9 PM
  • Any 9 working hours
  • 6 working days + 1 rotational week off

Salary:

  • MBA Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC | ₹20,000 Take Home
  • Experienced: Up to ₹30,000 CTC | ₹25,000 Take Home
  • Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,065
  • Apprenticeship Stipend: ₹22,500–₹27,000/month
