Job Description

Mechtrix Engineers LLP (Brand: Nishabd) is hiring a Key Accounts Manager for Bengaluru/Hyderabad. We are looking for a result-driven sales professional with 5–8 years of experience in interior product / architectural sales and mandatory acoustics experience. The role involves managing key client relationships with architects & government stakeholders, driving project-based sales, and providing technical product specifications for acoustic interior solutions.


Key Responsibilities: 

 • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with leading architects, government sector stakeholders, and other key clients to drive business growth and secure high-value projects.

 • Project Handling: Manage and lead the execution of complex interior projects, including government sector projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

 • Product Specification: Provide detailed product specifications and support to architects and project managers, ensuring alignment with the unique acoustic needs of each project.

 • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the government and corporate sectors and establish Mechtrix Engineers as the preferred supplier of acoustic solutions.

 • Consultative Selling: Advise clients on the best sound-engineered solutions, enhancing both acoustics and aesthetics within their spaces.

 • Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and operations) to ensure seamless project delivery.

 • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
