Key Account Manager

Own a mapped portfolio of restaurant partners and act as their single point of contact for day-to-day account management. ● Proactively reach out to restaurants to check order-readiness, dashboard/POS status, and overall operational health.

● Identify operational issues – such as menu/catalogue errors, pricing mismatches, order acceptance failures, device or POS

connectivity issues, incorrect outlet timings, or stock-outs – and work to resolve them.

● Visit restaurant outlets physically when an issue cannot be resolved remotely, or when a partner needs in-person training

or support.

● Follow up relentlessly with unresponsive or inactive restaurants via calls, WhatsApp/messages, and in-person visits until the

issue is resolved or the account is reactivated.

● Escalate unresolved technical or platform issues to the relevant internal, Flipkart, or network-partner teams and track them

through to closure.

● Track key account metrics such as order acceptance rate, cancellations, downtime, and ratings; proactively flag at-risk

restaurants.
