๐Ÿ’ฐ CTC: Up to โ‚น75,000 per month (based on experience and profile)


We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Managers to join our Enterprise Business team.


Preferred Candidate Profile:


โœ… Graduate, preferably MBA


โœ… Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Telecom/ISP industry preferred)


โœ… Strong B2B sales and key account management experience


โœ… Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets


โœ… Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills


โœ… Experience with CRM tools and data analysis


โœ… Strategic mindset with strong market and industry awareness


โœ… Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment


Key Responsibilities:


๐Ÿ”น Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers


๐Ÿ”น Understand client business objectives and align technology solutions accordingly


๐Ÿ”น Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities


๐Ÿ”น Conduct regular customer visits and update account information systems


๐Ÿ”น Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability


๐Ÿ”น Act as the primary customer contact point and ensure excellent service delivery


๐Ÿ”น Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions


๐Ÿ”น Ensure compliance with customer documentation, CAF processes, and payment collections
