Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the BPO Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing information about products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: PUC / Graduate.

Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages (preferred).

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
