Junior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions and maintain up-to-date general ledgers.

Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Process vendor invoices, manage outgoing payments, generate client bills, and follow up on pending payments.

Reconciliation: Perform daily or monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to resolve financial discrepancies.

Financial Reporting: Assist senior staff in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, profit & loss reports).

Compliance & Tax: Help prepare and file statutory documents such as VAT, GST, or TDS, depending on local regulations.

Payroll & Expenses: Gather payroll data, track employee expenses, and assist with processing payouts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally)( MS Excel).
