Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Installation and configuration of ID Card Printers.
Troubleshooting and servicing of card printers and related hardware.
Installation of ID card Printer and software, Providing Training to the client on the relevant software
Software installation and configuration on Windows systems.
Customer support through onsite visits, phone, and remote assistance.
Preventive maintenance and annual maintenance contract (AMC) support.
Preparation of service reports after customer visits.
Coordination with customers regarding service schedules.
Basic network troubleshooting and printer connectivity support.
Training customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
