Job Description
- Jewellery Store Manager – Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage overall showroom operations and achieve sales targets
- Lead, train, and motivate sales team for high performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer relationship management
- Monitor daily sales, billing, cash handling, and store reports
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock audits, and product availability
- Supervise jewellery display, visual merchandising, and showroom presentation
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Ensure safety, security, and compliance of gold/diamond stock
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline
- Coordinate with head office for operations, promotions, and reporting
- Drive customer retention, referrals, and repeat business
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational standards
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–8 years of experience in jewellery retail/showroom management
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery retail operations
- Familiarity with POS/ERP systems and inventory management
- Good communication and team management abilities
