Jewellery Sales Executive – Job Description
A Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery items such as gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone ornaments. The role involves understanding customer preferences, explaining product features, designs, purity, certification, pricing, and making charges, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a satisfying shopping experience. The executive is also responsible for achieving sales targets, promoting new collections, and upselling products whenever appropriate.
In addition to sales, the Jewellery Sales Executive handles showroom presentation, maintains product displays, manages stock and inventory records, assists with billing and payment processing, and ensures the safe handling of high-value jewellery items. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, honesty, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
