Inventory & Billing Executive

Brite Electronics is looking for an Inventory & Billing Executive to manage inventory verification, stock reconciliation, billing, and coordination with our warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and verify daily inventory reports received from the warehouse.
• Reconcile warehouse stock with company inventory records.
• Verify all inward and outward transactions for accuracy.
• Identify stock mismatches, shortages, excesses, and incorrect entries.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify dispatched quantities against customer orders and invoices.
• Prepare sales invoices/bills accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper records of inventory, inward, outward, and billing transactions.
• Prepare daily/weekly inventory and billing reports.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for billing and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel/ERP/WMS.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in inventory, billing, stock reconciliation, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in preparing invoices/bills.
• Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/inventory software is an advantage.

Important

This is an office-based position. The candidate will be part of the Brite Electronics team, separate from the warehouse team.

The primary responsibility is to independently verify warehouse inventory and transactions against company records and ensure billing accuracy.
