We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive – Voice Process for our Bangalore location.

📍 Location: HSR Layout, Sector 2, Bangalore

🕒 Shift: Rotational Shifts

🗣️ Languages Required: English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Age: 18 to 35 years

Salary Details:

Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC (Approx. ₹19,400 Take-home)

Experienced: ₹28,000 CTC (Approx. ₹22,400 Take-home)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally

Resolve customer queries effectively

Maintain communication quality standards

Ensure customer satisfaction

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in Hindi & English

Basic computer knowledge

Customer handling skills

Willingness to work in rotational shifts
