Experience: 0–5 Years
Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month

Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our BPO Voice Process team in Bangalore. Freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve assigned productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- RequirementsEducation: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience: 0–5 years in BPO, voice process, customer service, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
